Chef Adolfo Garcia

Chef Adolfo Garcia first fell in love with cooking growing up working at his father's restaurant in New Orleans. A graduate of the prestigious Culinary Institute of America, Adolfo went on to work in some of the world's best restaurants, including The NoMad, Momofuku Ko, and Frenchie. He is currently the Chef de Cuisine at Goodman's Bar at Bergdorf Goodman, and loves to explore his Dominican-Panamanian-Creole heritage through his cuisine.
