Chef Asnia Akhtar
Chef Asnia Akhtar’s global cuisine is inspired by her upbringing in Pakistan. She moved to Texas as a teenager, and eventually attended the Culinary Institute of America. Asnia developed her culinary expertise with four years at Union Square Hospitality Group, where she held positions at Manhatta and Untitled at The Whitney. She enjoys crafting flavors and building new connections with seasonal ingredients that are thoughtfully sourced.
