Chef Ayaka Guido
Ayaka followed her passion for all things food to The Culinary Institute of America, where she graduated in 2010. She went on to hone her culinary skills at Little Park and The Musket Room (1 Michelin star). Ayaka formerly served as the Chef de Cuisine of The Greens, following three years leading Jean-Georges Public Kitchen. She is currently a sous chef at Per Se (3 Michelin stars).
