Chef Cali Faulkner

Cali Faulkner is a classically trained chef inspired by the seasons and her travels in Europe. Following culinary school in New York, she has worked at Eleven Madison Park, The Modern, Crown Shy, and Oxalis. She spent a year cooking at Verjus in Paris, France. Currently, she is developing her first independent culinary venture, Third Falcon, in East Hampton.
