Chef Charlie Stroinski

A musician turned chef, Charlie Stroinski shifted gears in his career after receiving a copy of The French Laundry cookbook. Enamored with the idea of pursuing culinary arts, he took his first job in a kitchen and never looked back. Charles has since worked at noteworthy NYC eateries including Gramercy Tavern (1 Michelin Star) and Union Square Cafe where he currently holds the role of Sous Chef.
