Chef Chris Cote

Born and raised in Portland, CT, Chef Chris’s love of theater eventually led him to the culinary arts when he realized the many similarities between performing on stage and cooking in restaurants. He’s worked in fine dining for the past 10 years, including roles in the iconic kitchens of Rebelle (1 Michelin Star), Noma (3 Michelin stars), and Aska (2 Michelin Stars). He currently hosts pop-ups around NYC, and is interested in expanding his culinary creativity by focusing on foraging and New Nordic cuisine.
