Chef Claire Welle

Claire Welle was born in Baltimore and educated at the Culinary Institute of America. She has spent time pursuing both savory and pastry avenues on both coasts. She took a year off from the line to work on an organic farm for a year before landing in New York. Her experiences in the city span time at Gwynnett St, Otway, King and Michelin Starred Rebelle and Contra. She is a proud member and head of the culinary team for Salesforce here in NYC.
