Chef Derrick Santiago
Born and raised in Pennsylvania, Chef Derrick Santiago was interested in cooking at a young age. After attending a culinary college, he took on his first job at The Four Seasons in Philadelphia and fell in love with the culinary world. He has since worked in renowned eateries, including Alinea (3 Michelin Stars), Estela (1 Michelin Star), and the James Beard Award-winning eatery, High Street on Market. Chef Derrick has recently stepped out of the restaurant world to pursue a career as a private chef and specializes in a wealth of cuisines, including new American, contemporary Vietnamese, French-Haitian, and modern European.
