Chef Eric Huang
Eric initially planned to pursue a career as a professional cellist. After training at The Juilliard School and Northwestern University, he realized he missed the food and energy of a bustling dining room, much like that of his parents’ Chinese restaurant in Long Island. Eric changed paths and worked his way into kitchens at Cafe Boulud (1 Michelin Star), Gramercy Tavern (1 Michelin Star) and most recently, Eleven Madison Park (3 Michelin Stars). He eventually hopes to open his own restaurant where he can showcase the flavors and techniques he grew up with, with a modern, fine dining experience.
