Chef Fernanda Peimbert

Born and raised in Mexico, Chef Fernanda Peimbert fell in love with food through cooking with her family at a young age. She jumped into the culinary world in San Diego, where she studied French culinary techniques at the California Culinary Arts Institute. Since graduating, she has worked at renowned restaurants around the world including The French Laundry (3 Michelin Stars), Barcelona’s El Bulli (3 Michelin Stars), Hoja Santa (1 Michelin Star), and Alinea (3 Michelin Stars). Maria now works as a private chef in NYC, while she develops her own line of Mexican chili sauces and signature heritage condiments under the brand Chef Fer.
