Chef Gabriel Benitez

Originally from Bilbao, Spain, gastronomy has run in Chef Gabriel Benitez's family for as long as he can remember; his father is a highly regarded chef in the area and his uncle founded The Basque Country Academy of Gastronomy. Chef Gabriel’s career led him to work in the kitchens of some of Spain’s most prestigious restaurants, including DiverXo (3 Michelin Stars) and Azurmendi (3 Michelin Stars). He is currently the Head Chef at Spanish Dinner in Mercado Little Spain.
