Chef Juliana Corrado

Growing up in Westchester, NY, Chef Juliana Corrado doesn't remember a time in her life without food at the forefront. After working at a few local restaurants and a pasta shop, she set her heart on a career as a chef and went on to earn a degree from the prestigious Culinary Institute of America. Upon graduation, Juliana landed a coveted position in the kitchen at Jean-Georges (2 Michelin stars) where she worked her way up to her current role as sous chef. In addition to Jean-Georges, she also serves as sous chef at the restaurant's sister property, Nougatine.
