Chef Ki Kim

Ki, originally from South Korea, moved to the U.S. as a teenager. Looking for a way to make money as he pursued a degree in journalism, he started working in restaurants and quickly realized his true passion was food.  Ki has since cooked at restaurants like Matsuhisa, Jungsik (2 Michelin Stars), and Atomix (2 Michelin Stars). He is currently a senior member of Blanca in Brooklyn (2 Michelin Stars).
