Chef Lana Lagomarsini
Chef Lana Lagomarsini first started working in restaurants while in high school, but didn’t consider it as a career until after graduating from Northwestern University. She worked at Blue Hill Stone Barns (2 Michelin Stars) while earning her post-graduate degree from the prestigious Culinary Institute of America, simultaneously learning both the academic and practical sides of the restaurant industry. She has since gone on to work in some of New York’s most notable kitchens, including Gramercy Tavern (1 Michelin Star), Daniel (2 Michelin Stars), Momofuku Ko (2 Michelin Stars), and Charlie Bird. Currently, Lana owns and operates her own private chef business, Lana Cooks, to bring her culinary vision to clients across the New York Area.
