Chef Nate Kuester

Nate was born in Seoul and raised in coastal Guilford, Connecticut. Before his opening L’Accolade as the Chef de Cuisine, he garnered experience in multicultural fine-dining gems such as The Cecil, Cafe Boulud, and Aquavit.  He is now the Chef/Owner of Korean restaurant BAPBAP (recently closed) and the No Ceilings Pop-Up.
