Chef Solanki Roy

Chef Solanki Roy was in her third year of medical school when she left to pursue her true passion: cooking. Following classical culinary training in France and India, her career lead her to the renowned kitchen of Eleven Madison Park (3 Michelin Stars). Along with consulting for international food and beverage brands, she now works as an Executive Sous Chef at The Mark Restaurant by Jean-Georges, and is the Culinary director of Dough.
