Chef Solanki Roy
Chef Solanki Roy was in her third year of medical school when she left to pursue her true passion: cooking. Following classical training in France and India, she worked across various global restaurants, hotel chains, cruise liners, and retail brands. She also led the pastry team at Gaggan (2 Michelin Stars) in Thailand. Her career has since taken her to Astrance (2 Michelin Stars) and Eleven Madison Park (3 Michelin Stars). She now works with international brands as a food and beverage consultant.
