Chef Solanki Roy

Chef Solanki Roy was in her third year of medical school when she left to pursue her true passion: cooking. Following classical culinary training in France and India, her career lead her to the renowned kitchen of Eleven Madison Park (3 Michelin Stars) and The Mark Restaurant by Jean-George. Along with consulting for international food and beverage brands, she now works as an Executive Chef of The Cut by Wolfgang Puck in New York City.
