Chef Solanki Roy

Chef Solanki Roy was in her third year of medical school when she left to pursue her true passion: cooking. Following classical culinary training in France and India, she went on to lead the pastry team at Gaggan (2 Michelin Stars) in Thailand. Her career has since taken her to Astrance (2 Michelin Stars) and Eleven Madison Park (3 Michelin Stars). She now works as an Executive Sous Chef at The Mark Restaurant by Jean-Georges and consults for international food and beverage brands.
