Chef Tahiz Gonzalez

Chef Tahiz Gonzalez began her culinary career in Mexico City as a barista at Starbucks. She has since worked at two of The World's 50 Best Restaurants, Quintonil and Eleven Madison Park, the latter of which was crowned No.1 in The World’s 50 Best Restaurants in 2017. She recently spent time in the kitchen of Michelin-starred favorite The NoMad, and is now working towards opening a new restaurant in Brooklyn this fall.
