Chef Zack Wangeman
Zack Wangeman is from Oaxaca, Mexico. He is a trained pastry chef that worked in Per Se, El Cellar de Can Roca, and Meadowood. After 10 years of being away from home, Zack began a new quest to try and bring the flavors he missed most about Oaxaca to NYC. Zack has an obsession with tortillas and all things corn and currently owns Sobre Masa, a tortilleria in Williamsburg.
