Chef Zack Wangeman

Zack Wangeman is from Oaxaca, Mexico. He is a trained pastry chef that worked in Per Se, El Cellar de Can Roca, and Meadowood. After 10 years of being away from home, Zack began a new quest to try and bring the flavors he missed most about Oaxaca to NYC. Zack has an obsession with tortillas and all things corn and is currently planning his tortilleria in NYC.
