Chef Zak Noviskey

Born and raised in Andover, NJ, Chef Zakarii (Zak) Noviskey learned to love to cook at a very young age, inspired by his Peruvian mother, Ida, and both of his grandmothers, Ida and Margaret, who are Peruvian and Italian respectively. After graduating from the Institute of Culinary Education, Zak got his start in restaurants working under Michelin-starred chef Jean-Georges Vongerichten at ABC Cocina, before going on to work in some of the most prestigious eateries in New York and LA including Son of a Gun, Maude (1 Michelin star), Eleven Madison Park (3 Michelin stars), Llama Inn, and Crown Shy (1 Michelin star).
