Chef Michael Brogan

Originally from Ireland, Michael Brogan has been cooking ever since he could hold a pan. He began delving into his culinary passion at The Greenhouse in Dublin (2 Michelin stars), before coming to New York City to spend time in some of the city’s most iconic restaurants including Jean-Georges (3 Michelin stars), and The Modern (2 Michelin stars). He is currently the Sous Chef at Momofuku Ko (2 Michelin stars) and developing his own company: Food in Focus.
