CHEF ALMIRA SESSION

After witnessing her father's health struggles as a child, Bronx native Almira was inspired to become a chef and develop her own line of healthy soul foods. She decided to attend culinary school at Star Career Academy, and from there landed her first cooking job at Jean-Georges Vongerichten's Vong restaurant. From there, Almira worked at renowned eatery Red Rooster, where she worked her way up to Head of Catering. She is currently an AM grill cook at CUT by Wolfgang Puck.
