CHEF AMANDA SEN

Growing up in North Carolina, food has always played a huge role in Chef Amanda's life. She was inspired by her father, who owned a shrimp boat before she was born, and her grandfather, who would spend hours in the kitchen putting his spin on classic Southern dishes.

Amanda started her professional culinary journey after moving to New York, working as a sales account manager for the caviar institution Petrossian. Following a stint in the tech field as a project manager, Amanda decided to pursue her passion and attend the Institute of Culinary Education. During this time, she worked for Feast and Fetes, Daniel Boulud’s events and catering company. She then went on to work at Le Bernardin (3 Michelin Stars). She is currently working as a Private Chef and freelance Recipe Developer.

Additionally, Amanda is a Certified Sommelier with the Court of Master Sommeliers.
