CHEF BRENDAN KELLEY

Originally from Telluride, Colorado, Chef Brendan Kelley first fell in love with cooking at home with his mother. Family dinners were a mainstay in his household and taught him to appreciate how food brings people together. Inspired to do the same, Brendan set off to learn from some of the best chefs and restaurants in the world. His restaurant experience stems from Amass and Kadeau (2 Michelin stars) in Copenhagen to Per Se (3 Michelin stars) and Aska (2 Michelin stars) here in New York City. He was most recently a sous chef at Roberta's and opened the famous pizzeria's new Domino Park location in October 2020. Brendan is currently in the process of opening his own spot, Confidant, with Chef Dan Grossman in Industry City in the summer of 2024.
