CHEF CARLOS DE LA CONCHA

A Tijuana native, Carlos moved to the United States to train in fine dining after graduating from culinary school in Mexico City. After working at stints in Rhode Island, Aspen, and Napa (including The French Laundry - 3 Michelin Stars), Carlos is currently situated in New York as a Chef de Partie at Eleven Madison Park (3 Michelin Stars), and runs a private chef business and plant-based pop-up bakery, Village Bakeshop, with life partner and fellow Resident chef, Abigail Kirn.
