CHEF DERRICK SANTIAGO

Chef Derrick Santiago was born and raised in Pennsylvania, where he took to the kitchen at a very young age. His first job out of culinary college was at The Philadelphia Four Seasons, which solidified Derrick’s love for all things culinary. He has since worked in renowned eateries that include: Alinea (3 Michelin Stars), Estela (1 Michelin Star), and James Beard Award Winner, High Street on Market. He now works as a private chef that specializes in a wealth of cuisines including new American, contemporary Vietnamese, French-Haitian, and modern European.
