CHEF EMILY KRAMER

Chef Emily Kramer grew up with a family involved in the hospitality industry. Her mother owns a local baking company in her hometown of Mamaroneck, New York, and her father is a local BBQ legend. Despite her upbringing centered around food, Emily grappled with her passion for cooking and her desire for a more conventional career as an attorney. In college, she spent her summer internships either working in law firms, or working at restaurants such as Chef Alex Guarnaschelli’s esteemed restaurant, Butter. After a 9-month stint as a corporate paralegal, Emily decided to take a first leap into the culinary world by attending the Institute of Culinary Education. Upon graduating, she worked at Michelin-starred eateries in New York including: Le Bernardin (3 Michelin Stars) and Le Coucou (1 Michelin Star). Emily is currently an Events Chef at Daniel Boulud's catering company, Feast and Fêtes.
