CHEF GREG BROWN

A New Jersey native, Greg realized he wanted to pursue a career in restaurants during an incredible dining experience at Blue Hill (1 Michelin star). After graduating from culinary school, he came to the city to pursue his dream of becoming a chef, landing a job first at Craft, before returning to Blue Hill to cook in the very kitchen that had spurred his culinary passion. Inspired by the farm-to-table cuisine and seasonal flavors he learned there, he began his own private dining company, Fork in the Woods, where he works to bring quality ingredients to clients in the comfort of their homes.
