CHEF JAMIE KAO

Born and raised in Taipei, Taiwan, Jamie began cooking at the age of 13, and had her first major culinary job as an extern for Danny's Steakhouse (1 Michelin Star). From there, she moved to the United States to attend the Culinary Institute of America. Jamie also worked as a culinary extern for Le Bernardin (3 Michelin Stars) and then took a full-time job there upon graduating from CIA. She currently is a chef de partie at Oxalis (1 Michelin Star).
