CHEF JERRY WAN

Born in Louisiana in a Chinese immigrant household, Chef Jerry Wan’s love story with cooking started at the age of 10, learning to prepare traditional Chinese dishes with his parents. While he was at NYU learning to be a software engineer, his passion for food and service of others continued to grow as he worked in the industry, serving, bartending, and hosting at different establishments. Jerry ultimately decided to pursue his true calling as a chef, joining an ambitious team called Sunday, serving modern casual vegan cuisine at Smorgasburg, and then at Bâtard (1 Michelin Star), a prestigious French institution in Tribeca. Now a sought-after private chef in New York City, Jerry creates unforgettable dining experiences for his clients.
