CHEF JUSTIN FELICIANO

Born and raised in Bushwick, Brooklyn, Justin started working in the restaurant as a dishwasher at age 16. He graduated from SUNY Schenectady’s culinary program, and continued to train under James Beard award-winning chef, Gray Kunz. He has since honed his culinary skills at several acclaimed New York restaurants, including Aska (2 Michelin Stars) and Roberta's.  He is currently a sous chef at Cote (1 Michelin Star).
