CHEF LUIS HERRERA

Chef Luis Herrera traveled to NYC from his native country of Venezuela in 2012, planning to only stay for one summer. Nine years later, he has worked everywhere from Caracas Arepas Bar in Rockaway Beach to acclaimed restaurants like Cosme (1 Michelin Star) and Blanca (2 Michelin Stars). At the moment, Luis is the head chef and partner at Brooklyn hot spot Ensenada.
