CHEF MIMI GHARIB

Growing up in New Jersey and Egypt, Mimi was first introduced to cooking by her aunt. After attending culinary school, she proceeded to work at highly acclaimed restaurants in New York, including Boulud Sud, Balaboosta (James Beard Winner), and most recently as the Executive Chef of the esteemed plant-based eatery, The Soda Club (Michelin Bib Gourmand). Mimi currently works as a freelance private chef, and is well-versed in Mediterranean, Middle Eastern, Italian, and New American cuisines.
