CHEF NATASHA LUENGAS

Originally from Mexico, Natasha's father was a chef and introduced her to the world of food and travel. That, along with her learning about other cuisines and cultures through childhood travels, solidified her dream of becoming a chef. After graduating from the Culinary Institute of America, Natasha proceeded to work at some of the most highly acclaimed restaurants in New York, including DB Bistro Moderne, the NoMad (1 Michelin Star), and Per Se (3 Michelin Stars). After a stint at The French Laundry (3 Michelin Stars), she moved to Virginia, where she landed gigs at The Inn at Little Washington (3 Michelin Stars) and Marigold by Jean-Georges. Natasha is currently a sous chef at Sag Harbor hotspot Le Bilboquet.
