CHEF TARA KHATTAR

A Lebanon native, Tara’s culinary journey began with a degree in Gastronomy and International Restaurant Management from the Institut Paul Bocuse in Lyon, where she honed her French table and culinary arts skills. Tara's talent and passion has not gone unnoticed, as she gained recognition as a Top Chef France alum and a two-time Chopped champion. She has also elevated her expertise to the publishing world, having published the book “Liban: une histoire de cuisine familiale, d’amour et de partage” with Hachette, sharing her love for Lebanese cuisine and its rich cultural heritage. Her book is currently available in French and Arabic.

Now based in New York, Tara resides as the founder of Maison Tara, a multi-sensory studio centered around the art of hosting.
