CHEF CAMILA RINALDI

Camila Rinaldi, originally from Brazil, began her career in advertising before discovering her true passion for hospitality. After moving to New York City, she pursued her dream of becoming a professional chef. Camila honed her skills at renowned restaurants, including Manhatta, Olmsted, and the Michelin-starred Estela.

In the summer of 2022, she relocated to Maine to open a seasonal restaurant specializing in American cuisine with a strong emphasis on fresh, local seafood. Her culinary style is deeply influenced by her Brazilian roots, showcasing bold flavors and vibrant ingredients.

Chef Camila is also a dedicated advocate of the zero-waste movement, prioritizing the full utilization of ingredients and finding creative ways to repurpose food scraps. Her cooking philosophy celebrates sustainability, seasonality, and a connection to the land and sea.
