Chef Dave Metz, Resident's VP of Event Operations, is an expert in Coastal Italian-influenced New American flavors and techniques. He has cultivated his craft at Michelin-starred restaurant Rebelle (⭐) and New York household names like Charlie Bird and Pasquale Jones.
Chef Joshua White, a Virginia native, honed their passion for Coastal Southern flavors spending time in Miami, New Orleans, and NYC. They have experience at Nix (⭐), 701 West (⭐⭐) Compère Lapin, and Upland.
