A Bronx native, Julien's love of cooking stemmed from his great interest in horticulture and agriculture. They've worked at some of the highest acclaimed restaurants in the city, including The Clocktower (1 Michelin Star), Llama Inn (James Beard Finalist), Llama San, and the Breslin. Currently, Julien works as a freelance private chef.
