CHEF KRISTINA RAMOS
Kristina is a Filipino-American chef born and raised in New York. Working her way through college as a busser and barista, Kristina officially began her culinary career working under Chef Laurent Kalkotour for 3 years at Modern-French inspired Atrium Dumbo. From there, she moved to the South of France to work as a sous chef at Auberge La Feniere (1 Michelin Star). Her return to New York led her to work at Eleven Madison Park (3 Michelin Stars) which was ranked World's Best Restaurant at the time. Her career continued at other highly acclaimed restaurants in New York such as Minetta Tavern, Oxalis (1 Michelin Star), Joji (1 Michelin Star) and L'abeille (1 Michelin Star).
After over a decade of building a foundation of culinary skills in the best restaurants of the industry, Kristina is currently working on a project focused on her Filipino roots, culture and cuisine.
