CHEF MACKENZIE MILONE

Chef Mackenzie Milone fell in love with cooking at a young age, learning Italian basics from her mother, and how to source fish from her father. After working as a prep cook at her cousin’s restaurant, The Red Cadillac in New Jersey, Mackenzie went on to graduate from the esteemed Culinary Institute of America.

For the past decade, Chef Mackenzie has worked in top New York restaurants, such as Gramercy Tavern (1 Michelin Star), Restaurant Daniel (2 Michelin Stars), and Ci Siamo. Chef Mackenzie is currently a Senior Sous Chef for the Culinary Operations Department at Resident.
