SEASONS OF MEMORY

CHEF MADDIE DUDEK

Originally from Northampton, Massachusetts, Chef Maddie Dudek’s passion for food began in her childhood garden, where she learned the importance of fresh, seasonal ingredients. After graduating from the International Culinary Center in SoHo, she made her mark at the renowned Gramercy Tavern (1 Michelin star), rising quickly from intern to supervisor.

Chef Maddie later expanded her expertise into the world of professional food styling, where she refined her ability to elevate every dish, not just in flavor, but in visual artistry. This experience sharpened her attention to detail and deepened her understanding of ingredient integrity.

Now a private chef for high-profile clients, Chef Maddie draws inspiration from her New England and Midwest roots, crafting hyper-seasonal Americana dishes with a nod to classical French techniques. Her culinary style is best described as "High-Low"—a fusion of elevated ingredients and flavors that evoke the comfort and nostalgia of home-cooked meals.
