CHEF NANCY NGUYEN
Nancy Nguyen is a Vietnamese-American chef and owner of Beaucoup NYC, a modern Vietnamese food concept. Born in Mytho, Vietnam, Nancy grew up in the kitchen, with her grandmother running a pho business at their home.
She spent eight years running a catering business in Philadelphia before working at her aunt’s pho restaurant, Ipho. Before the pandemic, Nancy worked in New York City kitchens, including Greenpoint Heights, and consulted for Just Pho You. In 2020, she launched Beaucoup NYC, which quickly earned a Michelin mention for its Bánh Mì pop-up in Brooklyn.
Having spent over a year at Eleven Madison Park, Nancy now creates inventive menus blending influences from Vietnam, Japan, and France, while offering pop-ups, private events, and cooking classes.
