BUILD YOUR EXPERIENCE
Our process is simple. Pick a date, venue, chef, and ideal F+B package. We’ll handle the rest.
Our signature style is a 5-course, chef-driven tasting menu with wine pairing, with a Michelin-trained chef and sommelier introducing each course and pour, along with the tasting notes and inspiration.
We can layer on passed bites and food stations, our signature cocktail program, interactive cooking demonstrations and mixology classes, and more!

SELECT YOUR VENUE
Our venues are turnkey. Each Resident venue is outfitted with everything you need to host a Michelin-level dining experience. From the tables and chairs, plateware and glassware, to the kitchen equipment, art, and A/V, we’ll worry about the details so that you can focus on enjoying and entertaining.

Our chefs are experienced. We have a roster of 80+ chefs from the elite kitchens of Le Bernardin, Frenchie, Gabriel Kreuther, Jean-Georges, and Momofuku Ko, among others. Their expertise in 30+ cuisines allows our clients to choose the perfect chef for each experience.
