CHEF DANIEL GARWOOD
Originally from Tasmania, Australia, Daniel got his start in the culinary world cooking for local hotels. From there, he has proceeded to work at some of the most acclaimed restaurants in the world, including Evett (1 Michelin Star) in Seoul, Kadeau (2 Michelin Stars) in Copenhagen, and Sixpenny, Silvereye, Firedoor in Sydney. Daniel has also recently published a book called ORALIS, which connects food with mental health awareness. He currently is a sous chef at Atomix (2 Michelin Stars), and was a U.S winner of the 2022/2023 San Pellegrino Young Chef Academy competition.
