CHEF NATHAN BARNET
Originally from Western Massachusetts, Chef Nathan Barnet has been working in kitchens since age 14, drawn first by friends and quickly by the energy, culture, and intensity of the craft. After earning a business degree and attending a culinary school, he moved to NYC, staged at Jean-Georges, and launched a career shaped by high-level, technique-driven kitchens.
His experience includes Jean-Georges (2 Michelin Stars), the reopening team at JoJo by Jean-Georges, 701 West with the John Fraser Group (earning a three-star review from Pete Wells), summer operations at North Fork Table & Inn, and serving as CDC at Iris, which was named #13 on Esquire’s Best New Restaurants in America and a Top 10 New Restaurant in NYC. He later consulted for multiple projects before joining Delicious Hospitality Group, where he spent 1.5 years as an R&D Chef and later as Culinary Director.
Chef Nathan’s cooking is guided by seasonal market driven produce, blending influences from Japanese, French, Italian, and Mediterranean cuisines.
