CHEF OYKU SU

Chef Oyku Su was born and raised in Istanbul, Turkey, and knew from the age of six that she wanted to become a chef. She began cooking at home to help her single mother, finding comfort and joy in the process. Her passion led her to study Gastronomy at university, followed by training at MSA – The Culinary Arts Academy of Turkey.Her professional journey started at Mikla (1 Michelin Star), then continued at Arkestra (2 Michelin Stars) and MSA’nın Restoranı, where she served as Sous Chef. Specializing in Turkish-influenced, Mediterranean, and European cuisine, she blends heritage flavors with refined technique.At 29, she moved to New York City, fulfilling her lifelong dream of living in the “big city.” Today, she is a Resident Head Chef and a member of the Operations team.
