His journey spans renowned kitchens like Jungsik (⭐⭐) in Seoul, Coi (⭐⭐⭐) in San Francisco, and Eleven Madison Park (⭐⭐⭐) and Chef’s Table at Brooklyn Fare (⭐⭐⭐) in New York. Now Sous Chef at Joomak Banjum, he brings creativity and precision to every dish.
