CHEF DAN GROSSMAN
Born and raised in Port Washington, New York, Chef Daniel Grossman first fell in love with food while working at some of New York City's most famous pizza restaurants including Roberta’s and L’industrie. He moved on to learn the craft of local, seasonally-curated dishes during his time at The Finch (1 Michelin Star). He most recently worked at one of New York’s first “destination restaurants”, award-winning oyster and chop house Gage & Tollner as well as helped open the new East Village hot-spot, Foul Witch. Dan is currently in the process of opening his own spot, Confidant, with Chef Brendan Kelley in Industry City in the summer of 2024.
