CHEF DWIGHT SANON
A Queens native, Dwight attended the Culinary Institute of America with aspirations of becoming a professional chef. He began his career with an internship at the Michelin-starred The Spotted Pig, where he developed a passion for fresh, seasonal ingredients. Over the next three years, Dwight steadily rose through the ranks to become a sous chef.
He went on to work at several of New York City’s premier restaurants, including Upland, Nic's, Electric Lemon, Nat’s on Bleecker, and the Dutch. Dwight is currently the Chef de Cuisine at Andrew Carmellini’s Carne Mare.
