CHEF TREVOR LOMBAER
A Chicago native, Trevor fell in love with cooking by watching Food Network shows as a child. He worked at NYC restaurants Bill's Bar & Burgers and Black Tree as a self-trained chef, but always found time to travel around the world. Trevor met his wife when in Thailand in 2017, and fell for her and the food. He convinced her to move to New York with him, and the two of them proceeded to open a food truck, Warung Roadside, as well as run various popups across the city, upstate, and the Hamptons. They are now working on the opening of their brick-and-mortar restaurant, Little Grenjai, which is slated to open in Bed-Stuy in June 2023.
