THE CHEF

Chef Julien offers perspective from his childhood in NYC blended with his Caribbean heritage — a much-underrepresented cuisine in the fine dining world. He has spent time at Michelin Star restaurant The Clocktower (⭐) and James Beard Finalist, Llama Inn.
